SHIPPING INFO

SunsetScreenShop.com offers USPS Parcel Post delivery from Sunset, Louisiana to the Contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • We strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to insure delivery. Sending your package to a commercial address will also guarantee a speedy arrival.

  • We require that someone be at his or her home or office to receive and sign for shipment.

    • If someone is not there to receive the package causing it to not be delivered on time or returned, we will not refund the cost of the product or the shipping charge. 

  • Sorry, No C.O.D. orders accepted.

  • We ship Monday thru Friday only. Orders are manufactured and shipped on a first come first served basis. We are currently filling orders in 7 - 10 days

  • All packages are shipped USPS Parcel Post unless otherwise indicated. 

  • All screens are packed in a special cardboard box to ensure they are not damaged upon their arrival.

SHIPPING RATES

Our online shipping calculator will calculate all shipping rates based $7.00 per screen. There is a $15.00 (per 10 items) handling fee for all orders in the Contiguous United States. Each box only holds 10 screens maximum, If you order 11 or more screens a second box & handling fee is needed, If you order 21 or more a third box & handling fee is needed, etc.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii rates are based $9.00 per screen and incur a $25.00 handling fee (per 10 items) like above.

 

EMAIL NOTIFICATION

After you shop and checkout, you will receive an email notification stating that your order is "Being Processed". We will then proceed to manufacture and pack your order for shipment. 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification stating that your order is "Shipped". It will include a the USPS Tracking Number, Be ready for your order to arrive within 2 to 9 days of this email notification.

The top of the order status page will have a USPS Real-time Delivery Tracking link once it is accepted by the carrier for you to view the packages delivery process. Simply click this link and it will direct you to the USPS website and enter your tracking number for you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

At this time, our shopping cart does not accept International orders. We ship to the Contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii Only.
